Orders placed before 2PM CST, typically ship same day (Mon-Fri). Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination. Generally, our free shipping option can take 3-6 business days for delivery and our 2-Day option delivers within two business days to most addresses, Monday - Friday. However, please be advised, as stated by the shipping carriers, these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination address. If you require expedited delivery on a Saturday, please reach out to us at hello@merryexpressions.com for an individual quote.

We do not normally ship internationally due to costs. If you are willing cover the costs and have special circumstances please send us a message and we can try to help. 

We normally ship within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. If your order is personalized then it might take an extra day. We sure do as long as the item hasn't been personalized and it is in the same condition as you received it. Email us at hello@merryexpressions.com with information on your order (email, order number, and information of why you are requesting a refund)
